Good questions
My mouse or keyboard has its own software. Does HEJİR still help?
Yes. HEJİR works with any brand. Uninstall the vendor app or run both; if they clash, switch off that module.
I have a cheap no-name mouse. What do I get?
The most: key mapping, macros, profiles and DPI-style settings that used to be for expensive mice now work for yours too.
What is HEJIR Script — do I need to code?
No. Macros are drag-and-drop. Scripts are an optional advanced tool; start from a template and change only the numbers.
Will it slow my PC down?
No. There are no background services; idle CPU is close to zero and you can watch it live in Settings.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Profiles, macros and key presses stay on your PC. The account is only for the licence; there is no telemetry. Two exceptions, both your choice: when you are signed in, sentences you type to HEJİR AI that the app cannot understand itself go to the AI, and a cloud backup keeps your settings on your account (see Privacy).
How does the trial work?
Every PC gets everything (Pro) for 3 days, once, no card; only HEJİR AI is not in the trial. After that HEJİR stays free: DPI and polling rate, 3 simple key assignments in all across mouse and keyboard (a key or a media key), the basic crosshair (shape, colour, size), sound mixer, equaliser, mic ducking, cursor and your games keep working. Macros, HEJİR Script, movement profiles, the Music section, the in-game display, the key overlay, Crosshair Studio, profile import and cloud backup run with a plan. None of your settings are deleted; with a plan everything picks up where it left off.
Can I use it on two PCs?
A subscription is active on one PC at a time. Signing in on another closes the first; Backup moves all your settings in one file.
Is there a refund?
No. Instead there is a 3-day free trial with no card: try it, buy it if you like it. You can cancel anytime and keep it until the end of the period you paid for.
Which languages?
20, including English and Turkish. The app opens in your PC's language and you can switch any time.
Can I share my setups with friends?
Yes. Macros, scripts, crosshairs and movement profiles travel as a one-line code; whoever pastes it gets the same setup instantly. For safety, codes can't carry program-launch steps, and an imported macro does nothing until you assign it to a key.
What are the system requirements?
64-bit Windows 10 or 11. The installer is about 12 MB and it works with any USB or wireless mouse and keyboard.
Can I use it in games?
HEJİR is a general-purpose tool and never touches game files or memory. Every game has its own rules; see section 4 of the Terms.
What are quests and Jade?
You earn Jade by finishing quests in the app and opening it every day, and spend it in the app. Once your account is at least two weeks old you can also turn Jade into Pro days. Jade can't be bought or cashed out.
